Now back to the shopping event, which non-coincidentally functioned similarly to an AGO First Thursday event, except instead of art enthusiasts there were shopping enthusiasts and viewing art was replaced with trying on clothes. To assist with the at times strenuous act of shopping (hey! carrying a ton of clothes can get heavy and trying on clothes can feel like a workout at times) shoppers got to listen the DJ spin house tunes while they tasted sliders, sweet and sour chicken and spicy tuna and washed it all down with some beer. Any shopping event that involves music, food and drinks gets an A in my book! All of the amazing white pieces from this post were there in all their glory as well as printed scarves, floppy summer hats, Canadian-centric T-Shirts and a bunch of their silk blouses, which I personally love.
